I love working out with my Personal Trainer. I didn’t realise it would be so much fun. I gained some weight after Christmas last year. Which for the first time ever I didn’t lose after a return to my normal routine. I then injured my foot and couldn’t exercise, so put on a few more pounds. I didn’t want to gain any more this Christmas, so started working out with Keith in December. My weight remained stable over Christmas and since then I’ve lost the extra half stone I gained over the previous year. Keith devised a fat busting programme for me that didn’t irritate my foot problem. I now look forward to my weekly workout and would recommend him to anyone.’

MarkI was having trouble with my hip which had been causing me concern - in fact it was starting to hamper my training for next year's London Marathon. Every time I ran for over half an hour, my right hip started to ache... and it was getting worse. After an initial assessment by Keith, I was given some sports massage on both legs and had suggested to me, some exercises and stretches to perform after running and whilst resting at home. The improvement in my condition was almost immediate and after a subsequent session with Keith the pain has completely gone away. I would recommend Keith to treat all sorts of soft tissue related aches, pains and more serious injuries.
