Group Circuit Sessions

It is located at the Sedgley Community Hall which is in Ladys Walk, It is at the back of the Co-op supermarket. It can be accessed by a small road (Avington Close) opposite the Police Station which is in Vicar Street just off Dudley Street. A-Z reference is Page 59 H5.

The class is at 8.30 pm - 9.30 pm Every Tuesday Costs £3.00

Personal Fitness Trainer/Sports Massage Therapist

Keith has a Level 3 Diploma in Personal Fitness Training and is also a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist. He has an ASA Swimming Instructors Certificate and is currently extending his knowledge of sport and therapy. He is a Member of the Register of Exercise Professionals and is fully insured.

Keiths training methods have been instrumental in helping beginner, intermediate and advanced athletes to reach their triathlon and athletic performance goals. He has had success training everyone from beginners in sprint events up to seasoned competitors in long distance events. His understanding of the physical requirements, challenges and doubts and lack of motivation of athletes at all levels has allowed Keith to be very effective at providing valuable support and insight to each of his clients.

Athlete

Keith is an amateur triathlete who consistently places amongst the top athletes in his age category. Keith is also a seasoned club runner with many sucessful seasons competing in all types of events behind him. He comes from a cycling background where he spent many years participating in every aspect of the sport and has made health and athletic excellence a personal pursuit ever since. As an experienced athlete Keith was exposed to various nutritionand training regimens that have helped him to enjoy success competing as a triathlete.

Motivator

Keith has helped to motivate many athletes to reach for and achieve their athletic performance and fitness goals. He understands how challenging it can be to manage a busy schedule and fit time in for training. Regardless of your daily schedule, he can prepare a personalised training plan that is specific to the time that you can allocate to training. Most sessions will be for at least 45 minutes up to 1 hour. A half hour session can also be arranged. Each plan is customised to fit your training preferences and becomes a highly motivating rout that can guide you to success and to achieving your goals. Sports Massage Therapist

More and more endurance athletes are becoming aware of the importance of massage as part of their training plans. Keith can offer you, soft tissue maintenance and repair therapy. Pre and Post event massage is now seen as vital to performance and recovery. The more flexible and relaxed the soft tissue is the more able the athlete is perform at their peak performance. He has a Level 3 Certificate in Sports Massage Therapy and is an accredited member of the MHFST and fully insured. He practises to an FHT code of ethics.
